Before there was a scientific framework of the nervous system, yogi’s already became aware of energy through introspection. And they learned how to control their energy through breathing.

In Pranayama we use energising, balancing & relaxing breathing techniques to clear the mind, nurture the body, and access meditation.

This workshop is designed to help you:
